Our mission is to have every project done right the first time, on time, every time, and make every client feel like they are our only client.In 1984, Ed & Catherine Lane opened the doors of their remodeling company. Lane Homes & Remodeling started by a different name, Standard Additions of Virginia. The company quickly became known for quality craftsmanship and high integrity.
In 1994, we changed our name to Lane Homes & Remodeling, Inc. This was to keep with long-term plans to expand our remodeling services. With the new name came a new location. We moved into an office building at 12536 Patterson Ave. The office is next to the West Creek Complex in Goochland.
