Add ReviewI had been driving my Fiat Abarth 124 Spider less during the winter months, so I decided to take it out today to ensure everything was in good condition. Upon starting the car, I noticed that the yellow service light was on, so I took my Abarth in for an oil change. My service adviser checked me in, and after about two hours and forty minutes, he informed me that the vehicle was ready.Report
However, when I started the car, I saw that the yellow service light was still on. I returned to the service department to inform them that the light hadn’t turned off. The service adviser quickly addressed the issue and returned the car to the shop for further inspection. While waiting, I watched a video about resetting the service light on YouTube. After a brief wait, he returned and mentioned that the technician who changed the oil said I needed to drive the car for the light to reset. I told my adviser this was not the correct way to reset the light. I then explained the process to the service personnel. He followed my instructions and was shocked when it worked, exclaiming, "Wow!"
Additionally, I informed two staff members that the women's bathroom was highly filthy, with what appeared to be urine and blood on the seat. Unfortunately, the bathroom was still in the same condition when I left after three hours.
Thanks to Taylor for a streamlined sales experience. He was helpful in getting us set up with insurance and even the Fiat app and was great with followup. As a newer sales person, he certainly has the skills to go far in helping others find the right deal.Report

I took my fiat 500 in for rewiring do to an accident I had that caused my lights not to work properly and to fix a broken window motor. They had my vehicle for a couple weeks just trying to locate one of the parts I needed. They were having a hard time locating the part and wanted me to come get my car but Ana at the service desk was my angel there. They were ready to give up on it but she tracked down the part while keeping excellent communication with me the entire time. She even checked on me after the work was done and i had picked my car up to make sure everything was A-Ok! Who does that? Maybe someone somewhere bt that was a first for me!
I had to take my car back bc all the lights weren’t working but the tech fixed the issue with no problem and now everything works great. I was in and out within the hour with no extra charge. Thank you to my car tech!
I’m writing this bc Ana is amazing. There were times I could have gotten annoyed or frustrated but Ana made my experience so much smoother and pleasant. She is like a professional and good family at the same time. Warm, funny and kind but also diligent, communicative, understanding and resourceful. Thank you so much Ana! I just recently purchased a fiat from a different dealership! I had an issue with it and when I called this location in order to fix my car I was lucky to find someone like Francisco to help me through the process and made my experience a lot better! Had car towed to dealer on a Sunday. Called on Monday morning and was told that it would be over a month before they service it. Buyer beware. I gladly and quickly took my business elsewhere.Report
Went here for the oil consumption issue with Fiat 500X and they did the oil consumption test and everything and sent it off to Fiat where it got approved. Called back after 3 weeks and apparently the person that was helping me is no longer there and I have yet to receive a call back after calling earlier to get an update. No point in owning a Fiat these days when you can’t even get them serviced by good people.Report
I will be happy to leave this place a zero if there is an option! Be aware you fiat 500 owners, if you want to buy a fiat, go to a different dealer because their service department sucks! I ordered an antenna in 2021 and paid during oil change service, they were out of parts and told me I will receive a phone call when parts come in. It has been 1 year and 8 months I heard nothing from them. Went to talk to the service manager and he redirected me to speak to the parts department manager “Chuck”, they said I can’t prove that I didn’t get a phone call from them and he has nothing to do about it. They don’t honor their own words and poor customer service. Bad experience ever, all their service agents were playing on their personal phones when you are waiting in line. What a lousy repair team. If you are considering to buy a fiat or bring your fiat to get service, I strongly suggest you to go somewhere else. Fiat really made a wrong choice to use this dealer!Report

I must say I truly had a great experience work with the Mr. Hamilton in getting my vehicle. His knowledge on cars was extremely insightful, as well as his Great customer service skills ,helping me to get through the process step by step with so much patience ,and kindness honestly I felt like I was working with one of my own family members .
