Don’t use this dealership. Everything is good as long as your spending money but don’t want to fix things even though the vehicle is under warranty.. and then when you trade that vehicle off and need to cancel any extended warranty/service plans they won’t return your call. I don’t not recommend this dealership!

What a great team of people. I was met in the parking lot. No, I was not harassed but welcomed into the store. The building was meticulous. The staff all smiles .
We did purchase a vehicle. All my questions were answered by Josh. Bernard was also a tremendous help.
It's been awhile since I've been at a dealership. And if I think about the last time I went, ( my hives may come back.) I'm grateful for the care that was taken of me, and how the staff availed themselves to my Husband and myself. Did I mention that we have purchased several cars from Landers,? Hmmm...

June and Rob took great care of me trading in my old car and got me my dream tiny car! This place is amazing!!!

How a recall on my 2500 dodge truck about 2 months ago called for an appointment they said if I brought down then I would have to leave it 72 hours but they could give me an appointment a month an half later @ 10:30 and they said I could wait on my vehicle and it would take 2 hours come to the appointment they told me it would be 72 hours when I got there tired to get a hold of the general manager an employee said the general manager did not involved with any problems that he let his employees handle the best they could put a phone call in to the general manager and he has yet to return the calls or get involved and they told us to go to a different dealership have traded with landers since they have open and have bought many of vehicles from them your loyalty to landers doesn't mean a thing to them

This is the worst place to take a vehicle for transmission issues. They leave vehicles for weeks and weeks. You schedule an appointment and they fail to tell you it could be a month before it's even looked at. We'll no longer take any vehicles to them for repair.

Sousa was exceptional got us an amazing deal, was able to get us a better vehicle for a better price!

Took 22 Ram 2500 Cummings in for recalls and 25k mile service. Got the truck back with a bill twice as high as expected and multiple issues that never occurred in all the miles previous to Landers Mclarty. Scheduled appointment and returned truck for repairs. Truck sat at dealership for 10 days before they took it back for diagnostics meanwhile I'm thinking they are in the process of repairing the warranty work. When I reach out they don't apologize but give me the list of excuses as to why it hasn't been sent back for diagnostics. They were unable to correct the issues and kept it for another week before they returned truck. When I showed my displeasure with the tech and asked if they were ignorant to the corrections he threatened my company by saying I needed to be careful because of who he may know and what it could do to my business. Worse experience of my life. I have a very expensive truck under warranty that can't hold a charge in the battery or run AC because of some kind of electrical or computer issue but Landers Mclarty Huntsville is not capable of repairing.

Don't recommend them. Had no problems with my van until they changed the oil. Ever since then, my check engine light has been coming on for a variety of reasons. I also needed to get a body work estimate. Well, firstly, they don't do any body work and send you off to someplace else. Secondly, just to get your vehicle looked at takes 7-10 days to even get an appointment, and after paying hundreds of dollars for the diagnostic, they also keep your vehicle for 2-3 days to just do the diagnostic. That doesn't include the time frame to do the repairs. So unless you're rich and can afford what could easily add up to $1000 to pay for a diagnostic and vehicle rental to fix a WARRANTY covered vehicle, I'd steer clear of purchasing from this place. In all the years I've owned a vehicle, I've always dealt with dealerships to get the best service. Let me just say, this is the 2nd Landers McClarty location I've dealt with, and I will never deal with any location of theirs again.
