Everyone should go as for Sousa at this car dealership in Huntsville, Al. Sousa showed me both used trucks, new trucks, and certified preowned trucks and was super helpful and patient for weeks until I finally settled on a vehicle and he helped me get a price that couldn't be beaten by other dealerships.

Good parts department with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They seem to keep a decently sized parts inventory as well, since everything that I needed was in stock.

Went to bring my truck to be serviced for issue I was having scheduled an appointment arrived waited 30 minutes to be seen. Very unprofessional attitude made it as if I was bothering them. Service Advisor same attitude, not professional. Left my truck on a Thursday, I had to call on Monday to see the status of my truck no status, finally received a message on today only after I have to call. Finally I had to go and retrieve my truck due to lack of communication. This is the second time I have been burned by this place I will not come back. Unprofessional

I talked with a salesperson about a vehicle all morning today. Set up a time to come in based on times THEY gave me, and I picked the earliest they had. When we got there they sold it out from under me 10 minutes prior. We could have been there HOURS earlier had they told me they would not hold it. They set the appointment time for me to come in. Waited till I walked in the door to tell me it sold. Apparently part of the time I was talking to a “bot” and part of the time to a person. If you want to buy from there, don’t take the sales persons word that it is available. Would not buy from there if they gave it to me. Horrible business practice. I expected more from a dealership.

My jeeps water pump is failing, it's a warranty repair and I was told I can't bring jeep in now because they are behind, said it will be about a month until they can get to it.......WOW
Not happy but it is what it is

Went with my girlfriend to look at a 2016 Subaru forester that was at the Fiat lot. When i looked at the vehicle i opened the hood to check the dipstick and such. Well when i opened the coolant reservoir it was about 3/4 full of oil. I went inside to inform the salesman about it. While i was walking out to show him all the other salesmen on the floor started to laugh. The man i showed the issue to blamed it on a technician “not knowing what they were doing.” I do not know why this vehicle was on the lot at all. I hope for everyone’s sake the vehicle was not run at all.

Fist thing i will say when dealing with the service department is if you can take your vehicle to somewhere else for a diagnostic of the problem before coming here. They will try to get you to do unnecessary work to your car with out actually checking to see if your car needs it. I get "sleezy used car salesmen" vibes from my experience, like they are just trying to suck all the money from you they can. Quick example, i got my brakes and spark plugs replace 2 visits ago, and the first 2 items that they wanted to fix this time were brakes and spark plugs, for like $3000. And when i mentioned it to the CSR he looked down at the paper and said "oh the tech added it because of the mileage of the vehicle". If i wasnt mindful of the work that has been done to my car, it would have been 3000 down the drain for nothing. So i say to everyone, dont trust their diagnostics at face value, if you don't know much about cars take your car to somewhere else to get a second opinion and even a 3rd opinion because they will try to get over on you.

I went to this dealership because my car broke down and figured it was a dodge dealership I could get my car fixed and by the dodge people them self who would know more than a dealership well if anyone is going to buy a car I don't think you should not get a dodge or Chrysler product because they told me that my 06 dodge charger was to old and they didn't want to work on my car so yeah I am having a bad day thinking about getting a ford landers sucks
