Good. Great service and quick personnel

Hello, I had Mantayvious, “Tay” as my salesman. I knew what I wanted when I arrived. I had done my research. I traded in a vehicle. There was an amount in my mind that I needed. Ben came back with a very fair and actually an amazing offer on my trade in value. Ben is the sales manager. I would like to mention that I am ONLY basing this review on the two mentioned above. They were both uber professional, friendly, calm, not pushy and I just got a super good vibe from them. The Sales Manager Ben is perfectly suited for his job. He is personable, enthusiastic about his work, great at making connections and reading people, just a wonderful guy that wants to work with you. I just returned home from New York. I was at a huge Sales Convention for CEO’s. They opened the week with the lights black. They started playing the following video that I now watch weekly from YouTube. Amanda Palmer, “The Art of Asking”. I think it should be mandatory for every human. It was so life changing that I called everyone in my firm and made them stop what they were doing and watch it. Unfortunately - Ben was not working today, so I had to “deal” with a different sales manager. I found the man I worked with in finance to be condescending, uninterested, and almost rude. I do want to mention that I am an accountant. We all know the normal game. Lower the price of the trade in, and increase on sale price. Give you a great, amazing trade in value and now they can come down on the sale price. Same equation everywhere. BEN 5.0! TAY 5.0! I am for sure to misspell this but I think his full name is Mantayvious. I want to thank you both so much for being kind, real, transparent, and amazingly respectful. I highly recommend this dealership !! I would just stay with Mantayvious and Ben.

I purchased a used car from the dodge dealership back in March. I purchased the extended warranty and was told I could cancel at anytime. I canceled the warranty after less than 2 months, 54 days to be exact and the date on my cancelation paperwork is April 3, 2023. It has been over 6 months and I have only seen 1 of 2 refunds. I have been to the dealership multiple times asking them to address this, I have called TJ multiple times and left messages with no return phone call. TJ's name was given to me by one of the finance guys. The loan has been paid off and now this is a personal debt the dealership owes me. Hopefully this will get their attention.

No prices to be found on anything

Service reps are always straight forward and never try to “upswell” me on maintenance. Brian in service has been terrific, even identifying an issue they did and making sure it was corrected ASAP! Wish they could hire more as they are a month out on scheduling service.

Trying to use this facility for repairs on Jeep products in a decent amount of time is practically impossible. I was called by the service department, not to as reminder to bring my vehicle in, but trying to discourage me as it would not be seen for three to four days after check in. Then, the parts quoted were overpriced. Quite frankly, I'll never call this place again and will also look elsewhere for my new vehicle purchases. Very disappointed.
