Easier driving an hour out of town than dealing with this company. Bought a brand new vehicle that had a minor coolant problem off the lot. They couldn’t care less and tell you that it’s a minimum of 1 to 3 days you’ll be without a vehicle even though the issue was clearly visible and was a 30 min repair at the other dealer. No questions asked, just 1 to 3 days locking your new vehicle up in diagnostic before a repair can even begin. That’s after showing their tech the source of the issue since it was too much of a bother for them to take a few seconds to look at it on the 1st visit. Also on the 1st visit, they initially told me to buy some coolant then ended up handing it to me with a towel to fill myself in their garage. No regard for the customer.

Don’t waste your time with this dealership.

Actually didn’t even end up buying a vehicle but Jonas Simon was a great help and met our needs rather quickly, seems like a nice group of people there. Will consider shopping here again in the future.

Everyone should go as for Sousa at this car dealership in Huntsville, Al. Sousa showed me both used trucks, new trucks, and certified preowned trucks and was super helpful and patient for weeks until I finally settled on a vehicle and he helped me get a price that couldn't be beaten by other dealerships.

Good parts department with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They seem to keep a decently sized parts inventory as well, since everything that I needed was in stock.

Went to bring my truck to be serviced for issue I was having scheduled an appointment arrived waited 30 minutes to be seen. Very unprofessional attitude made it as if I was bothering them. Service Advisor same attitude, not professional. Left my truck on a Thursday, I had to call on Monday to see the status of my truck no status, finally received a message on today only after I have to call. Finally I had to go and retrieve my truck due to lack of communication. This is the second time I have been burned by this place I will not come back. Unprofessional
