Would highly recommend this company. It's been extremely hard during this pandemic to get landscapers for estimates and get on their schedule. Landcrafters were referred by a friend. They showed up on time for an estimate and once we agreed on a plan were quick to put the plan in motion. They reacted on the fly to unexpected hurdles and never slowed down. Brent did a fantastic job in capturing exactly what we wanted in his landscape design plan. We will definitely be using them in the future!

I had some lofty ambitions for what I wanted to achieve in a FULL LANDSCAPE DESIGN ... and Brent delivered in spades.

Next I worked with Michael (whom I assume is the owner) to keep Brent's vision intact while finding some areas to cost-cut and meet my budget. Feeling as through all my concerns had been addressed, I pulled the trigger with a full revamp of our front and back yards, which span a little more than half an acre total.

In all, we removed 95% of our existing landscape (a substantial task in itself) then added 300+ new plants/flowers/trees/shrubs. Matt's crew worked tirelessly during the demo/install always communicating with me and answering any questions.

This was not a cheap undertaking, but the results are impressive even at this early phase in the new landscape's growth cycle. Can't wait to see its true presence take shape over the next couple years. I also have to commend the office staff (including Cheryl) for staying on top of tweaks and changes along the way.

I feel grateful to have discovered this wonderful company. Their passion for lawn care is contagious, as is their overall sense of teamwork and dedication to clients. From the creative landscaping design of Brent to the detailed care of our primary gardener, Elizabeth, we know that we're in expert hands. Even our irrigation system has been working more efficiently since it was updated by their specialist, Bill. We've worked together with Landcrafters to create a budget-friendly plan - one that has consistently taken into our account our specific needs, requests and concerns. A communication hub and client portal, organized through Cheryl, has kept everyone working toward similar goals. It's a great sign, too, that company leader, Michael, regularly posts articles on a blog site, sharing new lawn care developments, along with tried and trusted landscape advice and seasonal tips. Overall, it truly feels like you're part of a family endeavor here, and while I've heard it said that "the earth laughs in flowers," from my experience, the Landcrafters' team brings that joyful spirit to your lawn with every visit.

The place for all your landscape needs

I had two thousand square feet of sod installed. They also installed three trees. The job was professional, on time, on budget and done well. The designer and install crew were a pleasure to deal with. As a result I will be using them for their gardening services as well as another project. Great job!

The front of our building had not had a professional 'haircut' since before covid and while beautiful - was very overgrown and looking a bit of a mess. Landcrafters team is knowledgeable, eager to please, made great suggestions. I highly recommend them.

Well, they wouldn't even bother to come out & look at the yard. We explained that our yard is Not the typical grass & a couple of trees... It's a jungle & they would truly need to see it to make an estimate.
They sent us an email with their regular prices on it (also charging for driving to & from?). No call to see if we got the email or to discuss variances or anything.
So, don't think we're interested in a company that puts their potential customers off like that.

Did fine at first with no complaints but as time went on they became complacent and careless and although they apologized they did nothing to correct their negligence Just an Im sorry email.
