The starter went out on my range. Called in to get it replaced. The rep was rude, condescending and unsympathetic to my situation. She rudely tells me the next available was not until March 2022. I saw online replacement was a 1 to 2 hour job, so i was suprised when she told me there was no triage service for quick jobs like blown tires, oil changes, bulbs, batteries, starters, etc.. My beemers dealership does and they have loaners. The car has to sit for over 90 days. Rediculous. If there is that much demand, clearly there is room to add another tech or 2 or 5. How much business are you losing with a 90 day wait for basic services? I doubt they discount for the wait. I left a message with the manager, he never called back. I found a foriegn specialty mechanic who took care of it today. Find another option, this place is horrible... terrible.... despicable... unsatisfactory... disappointing... unreasonable... and does not meet the standard or bar. And worst of all i dont think they careReport
