I’m not going to get into the details but I’ll say this much. After leasing an almost 200k car, the only person worth anything here was the sales guy Alberto. He demonstrated kindness, understanding during the entire process. The sales managers and finance were complete opposite. If this place had more Albertos working, our outcome would have been COMPLETELY different. Yea I’m looking at you finance guy kicking us out of you office to finish your chicken wings and you dealership manager telling my wife and close friend that they could not follow me into finance like if your dealership was some 3rd world country interrogation room. We would’ve had gotten another car but you both lost that sale. Do you remember me asking who are you again at the very beginning of our conversation? Next time please introduce yourself to clients with at very least your name before asking anything.

Mal servicio. Era la primera vez que iba y viaje desde Modesto. Esta es la sucursal que me queda más cerca. Me recibieron 2 personas que no me prestaban atención y que hablaban entre ellos. Uno de ellos escupiendo comida dentro de un vaso mientras me hablaba. De lo pero. De mal gusto. Luego vino Joel quien es la única persona que habla español y me atendió de buena manera. Solo el fue profesional. Solo iba a que me revisaran una luz por garantía y me hicieron esperar más de 4 horas. La máquina de café no funcionaba y no tienen máquinas expendedoras de comida. Mal en general. Regresaré cuando llegue mi repuesto pero preferiría ir a otro dealer la próxima vez y si voy a cambiar de modelo o a comprar un auto nuevo para mi hija no creo que regrese a esta sucursal. Mal el servicio.

To be honest, I love my defender.
BUT the after-sales service was horrible. I received a call regarding recall of my car, but when I was trying to have this problem to be taken care, I called back several times, and no one answered my phone calls anymore.

THE WORST, I should have posted this review in 2021 when I first had bad customer service experience/RACIST/COCKY. But I brushed it off. And decided not to buy anything from them. But now second time. I bought my vehicle from San Jose. But took here for service. AGAIN, the worst customer service. EVER. Specifically the lady who picks up the phone in service.
UPDATE: Sanjose Land Rover took good care of the car . Fixed paint issues FREE OF CHARGE

Perfect and exceed my expectations.
They are very quick to set up an appointment.
Service is great and have engineers that can answer technical questions.
Work done on the vehicle is good.
Helping with ride back home/loaner vehicle is quick as well.
Overall their service is impressive.
