Land Rover Lake Bluff

I had the greatest experience today at the Land Rover at Lake Bluff dealership. I went there because I broke my passenger door mirror. The glass was shattered and the frame had a crack. Lee Brownstein who was the service advisor not only assisted with getting me the replacement part but he went over and beyond to help me with replacing the part. His excellent service made me feel appropriated as a customer. Lake Bluff is fortunate to have an employee like Lee. Because of the service I received I will now service my car at Land Rover at Lake Bluff.

We just purchased a RR Sport sight unseen from Knauz and received it via a shipper they recommended and the whol,e process was perfectly executed. Our salesman Rob Hill had great communication throughout whilethe car got certified and went to detail and even checked in after we took delivery.
