Dealing with the parts department has been a nightmare. Bought a set of floor mats, they sent wrong ones, didn’t verify vin. 2 weeks later, multiple phone calls, emails, return request I still don’t have any way of returning these mats. Staff is either rude or unbothered by your issue.Report

I recently purchased a new Range Rover and traded in a Range Rover that I purchased new from this dealership a few years prior. Over the last two years I waited for the vehicle that I recently received after it was ordered incorrectly the first time only to arrive in the wrong exterior color. After that unfortunate experience the manager of the dealership ordered a new vehicle for me only to have that vehicle arrive with the incorrect interior color. The lack of empathy for all the incorrect issues that I experienced is truly sad. However, the people who work in the finance department, people who help coordinate loaners/drop off/pick up loaners and the people who work in the service department are amazing. I share that because those folks are best in class. My hope was to build a lasting relationship with this dealership but after the numerous issues over the last two years my disappointment has been cemented. I’ve intentionally decided not to share a few other issues that transpired throughout my experience over the last two years as well because it literally became exhausting and I know the dealership could care less. Not once at the end did anyone check to see if my car was completed properly or even proactively reach out to say sorry. I will never recommend anyone in my network contacts to buy a car here because I was treated poorly to which I know none of the folks who are aware of these issues would ever want one of their family members to be treated this way.Report
