I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot. I had a wonderful experience working with Tess.
I was placed in the perfect car with low mileage . It looked brand new being a used car and Tess handled me very well. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, She was kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. She made the process really smooth.

Tess performed the appraisal on our vehicle and she was PHENOMENAL! She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely work with her again and will recommend her.

My experience at Land Rover Birmingham has been the best I could ask for! I ordered a new RRS back in May From Tess and just recently purchased and 2020 RRS from Tess last week. I couldn’t ask for a better sales executive she has been the best! She has made the sales experience second to none and also makes you feel at home during the sales process. I can’t wait to get my new 23 RRS in a month or so from Land Rover Birmingham. Tess & Jason Eldridge assisted me during the sale/delivery of my 2020 RRS and went over everything on the car all the features and showed me how to use them. Tess let me test drive a 2023 RRS and it was Awesome experience! If I could give 20 stars on this review I would! Go see them @ 3000 Tom Williams Way in Irondale. Tess and Jason went above and beyond to do everything they could to get me into a new and certified used Range Rover Sport! I love my 2020 Range Rover Sport!
