I retained Lance for help on very complicated restitution case where the
party receiving the restitution was not cooperative and continually refused to respond to our requests for information. After exhausting all efforts to mediate, Lance filed a motion to dismiss the case which was granted. He was extremely tenacious and always kept me informed each step of the way throughout the entire process. His staff was professional, always courteous, and responsive to my requests in a timely
manner.
