Best car buying experience to date. No pressure... accommodating and Cathy did a great job ! Absolutely love my new car.

I had a great time buying my first Suburu from Ryan! He was very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was very easy. I would reccomended anyone looking for a new Suburu to go to Ryan!

I had a previous poor experience at LCM Subaru but wanted to give them another chance because I purchased the car there and everyone can have an off day. I went in today for Inspection/Emissions and they tried to upsell services. Not unusual, but the service advisor would not stop after I repeatedly said no. She then said that she was just explaining the service in detail so that I could explain it to my husband when I get home because he might be more mechanically inclined. The service advisor also told me that since I was refusing a recommended service, which I did not go there for and did not ask them to assess, if I had a future problem with that issue it would no longer be covered under my warranty. I will not be returning.

Really disappointed. At first had a great experience while being there for service but that is where it finished. They Installed wrong battery in my car, that was discovered by other Subaru service location. Told me that they will refund the money for the battery installation and it has been almost a month and I still did not receive the check. When calling I am told “ the manager is away” they will call you back and that does not happen. Really “friendly at face value and on paper” but not fruitful or proper work/professionalism in reality.

Service is sub par and very expensive I would be ok with the price if cashiers Ashton and Stacy were so damn rude! While I did walk in late and my apologizes no need to roll your eyes and scoff at me! Your not the only one who's had a long day no excuse for being rude to a customer. I will not be back to LCM I've lost faith in the Subaru brand and LCM definitely made my choice to try other brands easier. If you want high prices and rude service then LCM is for you. Other wise shop else where Stacy shame on you!

Just picked up my 2018 mercedes benz GLC 300 from my sales guy Eric shellhamer had a wonderful and easy buying experience highly recommended him

I had a fantastic experience with Cathy and highly recommend her as a sales consultant. However I had an extremely high pressure situation with the finance department and had to confront him to get him to stop talking down to me. I’m giving 5 stars because the dealership as a whole is great and I don’t want one employee interaction to tarnish the overall experience I had. Thank you Cathy for helping me find my dream car.
