Lakewalk at Hamlin Apartments

An amazing community with great management. The only issue is how so many residents fail to take care of their dog's waste.

So, today we toured the property and I just need to say how gorgeous the property is. Everything is so clean and well taken care of, and the lake is just gorgeous. A huge thank you to Victoria, the Assistant Property Manager for showing us around and just overall being extremely welcoming and kind. We had a great tour and fingers are crossed that we will be future residents in the near future!

Honestly the best place I've ever lived at. The place is so beautiful, the amenities are super cool, maintenance also does their job in a timely manner, the area itself is just so beautiful, the people and staff here are so friendly and the staff here really do care about making this the best living experience you could have. My only piece of advice I would give is when you move in, sign up right away for fetch (it is a package delivering company that delivers the package right to your door at a time that's convenient for you) so your package won't get delivered at the wrong apartment, the office offers it for free.
