Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I bought a dodge rebel with them in my contract they are suppose to provide running boards. They keep giving me the run around. It's been two months now.

Jeff Stair was very helpful in our search for a vehicle. We did not at all fell stressed out or pressured into anything. He went above and beyond to make sure we where taking care of.We felt very welcomed at the dealership and had a great experience.

The worst dealerservice the employee discussing we another in front of the customers, I went for one recall
They told me is going remove the emblem and put another one they don't haved . She told me if they remove is going be a hole in the stering wheel and I say ok do it. And change the oil. Oil change says express. It's not I spend 5 hours for change the oil and the emblem they not remove. And they have a snack for pay, I have a mitsubishi and the service over there is top of the line.

Originally I had a recall on my Dodge avenger I spoke to Anthony a mechanic at sunset Chevrolet he hustled and got the part Tina and Kimberly who set up the appointments for my car to be in there were extremely wonderful everybody I dealt with was very considerate and courteous and like I said Tina Kimberly and Anthony should get recognition for being so professional and courteous

Had a great experience buying from Lakeland Dodge from all the way in VA. Omar Shaker was the salesman I dealt with and he made the process very painless. I'm giving the dealership 5 stars because of my experience with Omar, but I will say that his manager is pretty rude. Hercules came off as if my business didn't make a difference, and kept leaning on how they're a "high volume dealer", as if I was new to buying cars, from all over the country, and hadn't heard that tired line over and over again. I will also say that when my vehicle arrived, the interior wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. Overall though the process was pretty seamless and Al in the finance department helped close the deal up quickly and efficiently.

TL/DR: Call, ask for Omar, don't talk to Hercules, Al is one of the only honest people I've worked with in a finance department and will get your documents right, and ensure that you ask that the vehicle be spot cleaned before delivery. You'll be a very happy customer.
