We traveled Hwy 64 right by the Ocoee River & Parksville Beach.
Beautiful and scenic . . a photographer's paradise. . . No matter where you point your camera then it is sooo beautiful.

Want a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and some desserts? The view from inside this restrauant is awesome!
Rent a canoe and go fishing for the day from the Marina, it's wonderful.

Thank you Marion for the wonderful review. We are currently as time and budget permit remodeling the restaurant kitchen for future ideas. Our Marina is still active with boat rentals and we agree it's a wonderful view and lake experience. We look forward to having our dining room open in the future and serving the public.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Answered questions about the area and even helped us find others things to do around the lake

Thank you for the review. Our staff love the area and sharing it with others. They take pride in their work and the grounds and it makes such a great atmosphere to work in. The Ocoee area is a great outdoors playground and lots of little local restaurants and shops are popping up which is great for everyone. Thanks for supporting us and we hope to serve you again.

Had a blast with the cadets we brought on the river rapids.

Thanks John! Was just speaking with one of the guides about his trip with your group and he had some fun memories with your cadets. The guides really do enjoy themselves and always have some take aways. What a great team experience for your cadets to follow the instructions of another to get down the river and have great wet fun time too. Hope to see you with a group in the future.

Thank you Beverly! Fall is fast approaching and is a great time to stay and view the leaf changes. The lake gets mirror like this time of year and is so pretty. The air is crisp and the fire pits at the cabins are a great compliment. Maybe we will see you soon!

Views are spectacular and it's super quiet.

Thank you Lorna for the 5 Star Review. The Cherokee National Forest and Parksville Lake are one of a kind and have some amazing views. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and if you come again maybe try a boat rental to get out on the lake and enjoy more.

Thank you Klattu for taking time to review our property. Our room amenities are listed online and also emailed within the booking confirmation that is sent to the person who made the reservation. As you have accurately described in your review our tiny rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves- the exception being room 3&4 that has a mini fridge. There simply is no room, however we do have extra coolers in our check-in office, a microwave and a complimentary ice machine should someone need it, however we were not aware that a refrigerator or microwave was needed. Those amenities are available in all of our cabins. Our $150 damage deposit is also listed on the website and in the booking confirmation that is emailed to the person who made the reservation. Subway, The Ocoee Gondolier and The Ocoee Dam Deli are all within 3 miles west of the business. The Four Eleven Grill is about 7 miles west of the business and the Fresh and Low Grocery, McDonalds, Hardees, Bakery on Main and Lotties(G's Diner) is about 5 miles west of the business. However, if you travel East of the business into the Cherokee National Forest then you are every bit 10 miles if not more away from a restaurant. Our night office resident has a phone for emergencies at the Motel but most people just get on wifi calling and use their own cell phone which also serves for most as a clock and alarm system however there are alarm clocks in the rooms. We'd love for you to give us a go sometime in the future and think room 3&4 or the Sugarloaf or Big Frog Cabins would be a nice fit for your stay here.
