Add ReviewWatch out for this dealer! Their list price is not accurate and they hit you with fees for their "add ons" and then try hard ball negotiate you with you telling you that you have no options and that you're the one that will "get use" out of the add ons. If it's non-negotiable, add it to the MSRP since it's "a part of the car". I gave them an offer for list price without the extra 2k in fees and they told me they "couldn't do anything for me"... sketchy! Find a transparent dealership that doesn't try to up the price after they have you in the door. Will never shop here!Report
Visited this dealership today with the price they quoted me in hand. Car was good - but had scratches on it! New? Maybe?Report
Anyway, before visiting the dealership, I reviewed what others paid for the car on various websites etc. I offered the standardized price - which is a discount from sticker of roughly $4,000, and the Sales Manager, Joe I think was his name disregarded it quickly. He stated that he didn't negotiate, then he shook my hand and walked away. I left the dealership. Gee, where will I find a car dealership to take my cash?
Keep in mind this was for a car that was to be removed from production after 2025. The Salesman was a gem, Mike is his name - a real gentleman throughout.

I bought a car here in 2022. They talked me into purchasing "free oil changes for life" it was like an extra 2k or 3k i cant even remeber at this point. They told me the network where I could use them was all over california. Turns out this doesn't even qualify at the Subaru dealer in Glendale.Report
I recently asked them for a refund on this charge and was told I'd have to contact the third party service company. I feel like I got scammed out of A LOT of money. Never purchasing anything here again.

Unbelievable that parts, service, and the operator could not assist nor find anyone to assist me. I even asked for a manager and the response was “they are not picking up the page”

I'm giving a 3 star because my experience when I bought the car back in April was awesome but being in the industry in the past as a finance manager, I'm really disappointed on how my deal was handled. I have yet to receive anything from the DMV stating that I own my Audi. I paid cash in full!!!!! I've tried several times to call and get a hold of anyone in finance or just anyone that could help me out but I never get anyone in finance its always voice mail. I got a sales guy that answered and when i asked him why i hadnt received my stuff his answer was "oh im so sorry maam but the dmv over here is that backed up." Come on now, DMV cannot be 6 months or more backed up in getting registrations, pink slips. etc out to clients. I called today and once again i get vmail for finance. I ask for GM on floor and apparently hes busy and will get back to me. Like I said, I've worked this industry in the past and lets just say.... the reason I left is for bs customer service like this. I refused to work for a company who did not do what they were expected. Now dont get me wrong... I understand the job at hand and how many work hours go into this job but ya'll make money selling cars and we know how that works. How about hire more finance staff to get the job done since it seems like yall are selling so many cars that paperwork cant even get to the dmv. SMDH! totally disappointing. I literally drove 2- 3 hours to buy my car and if it were closer yall would see my face but if no one calls me back today, you'll see me face to face very soon!! GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TOGETHER AND SOMEONE AT THE TOP CALL ME. THE RECEPTIONIST HAS MY NUMBER! Its been 6 months since i paid for my car outright in cash..... Spoke to folks at this dealership about a Ford Escape that just came in on a trade in. Told them how much we were willing to spend, tax & license included. They said the sales manager said, “ No problem.” Drove a hour to look at and test drive the vehicle the next day. Back up camera did not work and a spidering chip in the windshield was addressed. And then, the buy higher pitch came in. Claiming there was a ‘miscommunication’ about the price and that the price is now $1800.00 more. Don’t waste your time with text messages on cell phones or follow up calls from THEM saying it’s a done deal. They do not honor their word. Record all conversations.Report
