Jonathan stopped by to help us out. Didn't have heat for the last few days and he fixed it right away. Super knowledgeable… Was able to repair the broken part without having to replace it because he knew what he was doing. Probably saved as a ton of money. So thankful! awesome friendly company, definitely recommended. Now I don't have to wear a jacket and snow boots while sitting on the couch. Thank you!

Our furnace stopped working and after waiting for a call back from a different company, they said they wouldn't be able to come out until 12/4. I called L&L at 3pm and they were able to come out at 8am the next day. Nick was so nice and professional and did the repairs quickly so we now have heat. This was such a positive experience, I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

They know what they are doing, but expect to pay twice what everyone else charges for the same services.

We've been using L&L for years and have been overall very satisfied. Their rates are reasonable, their techs are knowledgeable and timely. David came by yesterday to do our regular maintenance and check up on our HVAC units and also located and fixed a leak/clog we'd been struggling to fix. He was fantastic. Timely, friendly, knowledgeable, let me know what he found and what he was doing. No unnecessary services were pushed on me. We started using this company probably 10 years ago, after several unhappy experiences with other companies. So glad we found them!

Very professional. Heard an ad on the radio and took a gamble. Glad I did. They were great. Highly recommend!! Was an expensive repair but not higher than other companies.
