Craig Benner of Koons Dodge/RAM in Tysons Corner is a stand up salesman. He gave me the best price on a new 2021 Ram 3500. Honesty is what gets my business, and I found it in Craig. Even if you don't live in the greater DC area, it's worth the drive.

EDIT: Just bought a second RAM truck from Craig last week. This time a 2500 6.4L Hemi. Again, same great pricing and service. If Craig sold driveways, I'd buy a larger one from him!

I bought a used F-150 from here. The staff were friendly and helpful. My sales rep Avi was very helpful and every-time I came back in he was there to assist me. An issue popped up with the truck 2 weeks into owning it. Stephanie, one of the service reps, was so amazing and helpful. She made sure I was taken care of and that the dealership would get everything fixed up properly. Her customer service certainly warranted 5/5 stars.

Cristian was very helpful and accomodating...even though we kept bugging him throughout the process. He was thorough and made certain that we understood. I could not find a list of the safey features on my 2017 Jeep and emailed Marc in hopes he could find out via MRSP. I have not heard from him yet. I hope this is not a case of post sale ignoring the buyer syndrome.

Had a great experience at Koons. Bill lacey was great . we came from out of town to look at a couple of jeeps and they were as he said they were. he was waiting for us when we arrived and called us the next day to make sure we made it home and the vehicle was satisfactory.
