Koons Tysons Chevy Buick GMC

I had an amazing experience here. This was my first time going by myself to a dealership to get a car and I always worry about getting a bad deal or taken advantage of because I don't know a lot about cars. Luckily, I got Chase as my salesperson and he did an amazing job of talking me through everything and helping me find the right car at a reasonable price. I walked out with a 2018 Chevy Tahoe and I'm in love with it. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you get the chance ask for Chase.

Quoted one price once I got there the price changed the car was not wash I found the lot attendant playing on his cell phone sitting inside my car

With so many intermittent electrical problems, I have zero faith in Buick vehicles. Last month we took the car in for electrical issues and a water leak that seemed to come from the sunroof - which they were never able to replicate or resolve. Then we realized that the sunroof would not even open. We took back, where the technician then blamed our children for hitting too many buttons. LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR - my children are not allowed near the front of the car, they did not touch the sunroof buttons. It was broken by the prior technician and I don't appreciate my children being blame incorrectly.
