I wanted to buy a Ford F-150 bed mat (part number ML3Z99112A15A) which is $160 on Ford's website with free shipping to dealerships. This trash dealership wanted to charge $230 for the item and laughed at me when I mentioned the actual Ford cost.

Avoid at all costs! Literally

Hi Nicholas, thank you for your feedback. I believe we have figured out the confusion here. There are two loading compartment mats available for this truck. One is the roll-out style rubber mat, and the other is a more rigid plastic style (resembles a bed liner with no sides). We believed you were interested in the latter style which – depending on bed length – retails for up to $220 (and with tax could easily be $230+). You hadn't provided us the part number you'd looked at online. We're happy to get this straightened out for you and get you the part you need. Give me a call so I can assist. I had visited and called multiple Ford dealerships in Northern VA and southern MD looking for an SUV. Koons Sterling Ford had what I needed and I purchased my SUV from them. The Product Specialist, Patrick Young, was very informative, patient, and answered all my questions. He was not pushy, rude, or demeaning as some of the other Ford sales associates I dealt with at other Northern VA dealerships. The finance gentleman was also very helpful and explained options in a clear manner. The Sales Manager Tom Murray ensured I received what I needed as a customer which I appreciated. Their car purchase process was straightforward. I also really appreciated that they drove the car to my house after I purchased it so I didn't have to go back and pick it up. I highly recommend Koons Sterling Ford for your vehicle purchase and ask for Patrick Young!

Drove over 2 hours to dealership and it was well worth it. Originally went for for a 2021 model that had sold by the time made it there but Greg was super helpful in making sure to find a similar model that was a 2022 and had all the features I wanted and more. Also the finance manager was great in making sure to secure an even better rate than I was already approved for. Would highly recommend going here for your next vehicle purchase.

Caleb McBride was our salesperson two weeks ago when I purchased a new Explorer ST. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, but friendly and made the entire process simple. Even when I had issues immediately with the vehicle, he has been contacting me and coordinating things with the service department, and reaching out to me with updates. The vehicle issues had nothing to do with him, and the sale is obviously complete; however, he has stayed in the middle of the project making sure we had updates (and a loaner car). He didn't have to go this extra mile, but he has. If you are going to purchase a vehicle from Koons, go to Sterling, and ask for Caleb. You will not regret it.
