Add ReviewIt says a lot about an organization when they refuse to address known issues. With the negative comments, posted here, which are true, in my opinion, they never even took the time to address them. The customer service at this Ford is horrible...once you leave with your vehicle. As you're going through the buying process, staff are all at your disposal, helpful, pleasant and would help you with any and everything. Once you leave with that vehicle, good luck getting any assistance. On two occasions I've emailed and called and left messages, and nobody returns calls. Why does customer service end once you buy your vehicle?Report
If you're looking for customer service even after you purchase your vehicle from a dealership, I'd try to find another Ford to patronize.

I took my Ford Edge in for an oil change and to identify a noise that happened when I backed up. When Mr. Treas called, he had charged me $190 for a diagnostic that could not identify the sound, BUT he did identify a check engine light, that never came on for me and a whole host of other things that amounted to $3700! I asked questions pertaining to the "diagnosis" and his response was that I was challenging him. I responded that because it was my car and I hadn't asked for anything but an oil change and to identify the noise, I felt I had the right to ask questions pertaining to what he was suggesting I have done. I decided to take it to an independent. Funny thing is, when I picked up the car and told him he was charging me for a diagnosis I did not ask for he of course told me how many hours he.... HE had taken to identify all the problems I didn't know I needed. But what was even better was that my brake pedal went all the way to the floor. THAT WAS NOT ON THE DIAGNOSIS?? WOW. Ok. and the independent said it was a power brake booster that was covered under an extended warranty by Ford. In addition, the independent said that none of what was recommended by Koons Ford diagnosis was needed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE! And quite frankly, I am not sure I would even buy a car from them.Report

We were from out of town with a tire issue and Mark managed to get us in and taken care of right away. This is what attracts / keeps customers. Service after the sale...especially to someone who didn't buy a vehicle from them. Thanks Mark !!!Report

Omg this place has chronic issues. CHRONIC. Nothing is going right, I’ve been trying to get my car serviced for 2 weeks and can never get a rep on the phone to even give my money to. And this is the tip of the issues iceberg. If I could give this place a genuine rating it would be 0.5 out of 10. AWFULLLLLLLLLL!!!!!Report
