I'm happy with the service I received from Koons, Shuvo and Nikko were great, very pleasant and helpful and Shuvo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He explained everything clearly and precise. I bought the Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks and the features in this vehicle are awesome! I would recommend anyone considering purchasing a Ford vehicle to visit Koons Ford Falls Church!Report

Although my review may not be a positive one, errors make us better. During my visit at Koons Ford my colleague and I had an unpleasant experience with one of their employees. Our needs were not met. My partner and I being in the hospitality business know Professionalism when we see it and we were let down by someone who seemed bothered and irritated by potential buyers. I've had amazing experiences test driving vans and trucks at Ford, but we were let down on this visit at Koons. Do business with Ford, but not with Mert Gunduz.Report

Although my experience at Koons Ford Falls Crunch was not the best with my Bronco reservation/order and hated Koons last minute 20k aftermarket adjustment attempt… Ruth Aguilar, Deonta Taylor, and Joe Messina make my day! Jeff Ottenberg is the best salesman I have ever encountered in the 20+ years I have been purchasing cars. Not only is he accommodating for my work schedule, he is very attentive to the things I like in a car. I live no where close to the dealership but I travel to Falls Church just to experience the great customer service from Jeff and the Koons Ford Family. Shout out the service advisors for being the best service advisors. Honest, dependable and hard working. Great dealership!!! I will continue to be loyal to this dealership.Report
