Charlie, Derek, Markus and Louis Scott did an excellent job. Their professionalism and prompt customer service made the car buying experience pleasant and even easy. I especially appreciate that they listened and respected my plan to live within a budget and pay cash. There was no pressure to finance or purchase beyond my budget. Will definitely recommend this business to others and continue as a customer in the service center!!

My wife and I have bought 3 vehicles from Koons Easton Toyota over the last several years. We just purchased a new 4Runner from Mike Jacobs. As we were waiting for the vehicle to come in, Mike was great on communicating with us on expected delivery. When it came in, he sent a walk around video showing the interior and exterior with some features. Day of purchase was easy and smooth. Loren, Finance Manager, was fun and thorough on the paperwork. Smooth process from start to finish. Collin reached out after a internet inquiry and set me up with Lewis, my sales guy. Lewis was knowledgeable and straightforward. No games, fair pricing and made me feel comfortable. Chris, Brad and Loren in finance got me financed at a great rate with a Toyota warranty with credit challenges. JT was great and even greeted me by name on my visit. I'd definitely do business again and would highly recommend.

I bought toyota rav 4 hybrid at this dealership yesterday. This is my 4th car from this dealership since 2004. The sales person Lewis Scott was very professional. Efficient, thorough and very helpful. I am very pleased with the service and the car so far.

Evidently Koon's Easton Toyota doesn't like selling vehicles to out of state buyers. I was more than eager to place a deposit on a Toyota RAV4 Prime, that is In Transit to the dealership. This particular vehicle is supposed to arrive at the dealership in approximately 4 weeks. Now keep in mind I am over 800 miles from them. I would place the deposit and pick up the vehicle when we visit our daughter for Christmas in December. They will not take my deposit unless I personally visit the dealership and sign a preliminary contract. Seriously!!! So you want me to take an 800 mile trip to spend 10 minutes in the dealership signing a preliminary contract and placing a deposit. Then come back in 4 weeks to sign the final paperwork and take delivery of the vehicle. I have purchased 4 or 5 vehicles over the past 10 years from out of state dealers, and every single one of them were more than happy to take my deposit over the phone and sell me a vehicle. Can Koon's Easton Toyota make it anymore discouraging for a potential new out of state customer to purchase a vehicle from them? I have never heard of a dealership having a policy such as this.

So unless you are in fairly close proximity to this dealership, don't waste your time on shopping with them, as they will make the process very cumbersome. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere.

As a body shop on the eastern shore I can say Koons Toyotas parts department and driver representative is doing a fantastic job with reliable service and consistent execution of delivering what we need week in and week out. On top of this the service representatives are very friendly and helpful with any questions we may have.

My daughter's car was totaled and she needed a car quickly. When I reached out to Koons Easton Toyota I was put in touch with Chad. We live over an hour away so we needed to do some car searching on their website before we took off work and drove to Easton. Chad sent me links and car faxes for several possible vehicles. Once we narrowed it down he went out in the rain and wind and actually videoed the outside and inside of the car we were interested in. He could not have been more helpful and dedicated to getting us the car we wanted and could afford. Brad in the Finance department was also very personable and worked with us on the financing as well. We received great service from the Koon's staff and have already recommended them to others.
