Koons Arlington Toyota

Had a great experience start to finish in the buying process with Koons Arlington. Paul immediately reached out via email when I expressed interest in the car and was extremely helpful with my many questions before test driving, and during the test drive was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. As advertised, the car was in fantastic shape and drove well. Gianbosco (sp?) , in the business office, was also extremely professional, friendly, and was above board and honest with all of my financing options. I believe I got a fair and honest deal for a fantastic car. I would recommend Koon's to anyone for their next car purchase.

Zero stars if I could. Bad customer service. Called several times to speak with a service dept. to speak with someone about a recall on my car. Each time they would take my phone number and never call me back. I guess b/c I wasn't buying a car/providing them with income, they just ignored my calls. Very unprofessional and childish.

Hassan and Koons Toyota provided an amazing car buying experience. I had never bought a new car and Hassan made a stressful process easier. He was a great communicator and took time to show us all the different buttons and functions of our new car - for a whole hour after we got it. He's amazing and we will come back to Koons for all our services and the next time we need a new car.

I ask to replace a light bulb before me purchasing it I signed all my paperwork and still it wasn't taken care, also how would they sell a car that haven't fully inspected my heater doesn't work when I call the dealership I was transfer from person to person they took my number down and never call me back and until this day I haven't received a call back. I had to personally drive to the dealership and get things done on my own. The same enthusiasm they have to sell they should have when their is a problem they are just focus on selling cars and push you right out the door customers service is lacking

The experience here started great and ended terrible. The salesman attempt to force me into purchasing a new insurance policy when I already had my own. The sales manager registered my vehicle in another state I previously lived in and when I called back to get things resolved the title clerk hung the phone up in my face, the sales manager never followed back up with me forcing me to have to revisit the dealers. After re-visiting the dealer, the sales manager mentioned he would fed ex me the paper work. I had to speak to another sales manager that stated the paper work could be done there at the dealers. After filling out the paper work, the sales manager (Geon) mentioned he would follow up and let me know everything is worked out which I've yet to hear back from him.

You should have received confirmation from Gian, who is out of the office until Monday. Our tag department has processed your tags and we're waiting on the DMV. Very great experience. They were able to see me promptly and had the vehicle ready to test drive immediately. I did not end up buying a car with them but they were able to work with me through all my questions and concerns and were gracious when I ended up buying another car elsewhere. I only did not buy with them because I was looking for a car that was available at another location, but I would definitely recommend shopping here and may return for my future vehicle needs.

Federico was my Sales associate. A very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable person. I suggest looking for him if you stop by!
