Below the mark. Disappointment.
Save yourself the greif and buy somewhere else.
Drove nearly 3 hours to pick up a used 2021 vehicle with only 9k miles that was listed online. We told sales and finance dept we have kids and it's a school night so time is limited. We gave a 30 minute eta. Once we arrived we waited nearly an hour to be helped. The dealership was not busy and we never saw another customer.
20 minutes into the drive home the truck is making a squealing/ticking noise. Driving the truck is not enjoyable because all you hear is tic-tic not vroom-vroom. Not at all what would be expected from a newer vehicle. We contact the dealer the following morning, no response. Almost 48 hours after purchase I received a text stating the manager wants to hear the noise. (Remind you I live 3 hours away) Then a second stating I could drop the truck off for service but they are backed up for days.

In every aspect of our dealing with this dealership we believe they have room for improvement and more effort could be given to their customers. We don't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Per our conversations, we would like to reiterate that the truck you purchased is under full factory warranty until 2026 and we are 100% willing to work with you. We understand you live out of the area, which is why we gave you the option of brining it to your local Ford dealer to confirm any issues. We would be happy to facilitate this should you change your mind. Also, we apologize for not setting clear expectations regarding the time it takes to complete a vehicle purchase. It is never our intention to disrupt anyone's schedule. We will certainly remind our team to set realistic expectations going forward. Jesse was absolutely great with the sales process all my questions were answer and everything was up front. We did run into a minor issue and it was taken care of flawlessly. If you need a vehicle either new or used ask for Jesse. Also Nick in service was outstanding when I had to return to get work done. Highly recommend Kolosso!!
