KOH Mechanical has a history of successfully completing projects ranging from new construction, additions, remodels, and upgrades of every kind, from chiller, boiler, and cooling tower replacements, HVAC, balancing, controls upgrades, steam tunnel piping, hot and cold domestic water, and valve replacements.

We know that on any project there is a budget to meet and there may be a need for some sound value engineering. It is essential to have an experienced team that can give different options, but still deliver a functional building system with quality craftsmanship.

Each of our employees participates in thorough safety training and their safety skills are constantly being updated. KOH Mechanical has a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use and has a mandatory drug-testing policy in place for all employees. Since our business opened in 1985, KOH Mechanical has not had a single OSHA citation or fatality.
