Koala Insulation of Northwest Austin

This company is highly unprofessional on many levels. Jason and Brett have no clue how to run a successful business, they make promises of things with lack of integrity, and humility. I've never in my life dealt with people who run a company like this. You can definitely find other highly qualified companies to get the job done over Koala. Take my word and the word of the most recent reviews on here and steer clear unless you want to be ripped off.

We've never done work with this individual. She is a family member of former employee.

Super unprofessional. They trick you in all possible ways to get the job promising they can do it and then after failing they give all possible excuses.

We provided the services we perform and were hired to do, plus beyond, but we do not "clean attics" or rat feces and bugs.

I was extremely please with the level of professionalism of the Koala team. The work was exceptional from start to finish. I've already recommended them to two of my friends who are looking to upgrade their homes!

Couldn't be more pleased! Punctual and very professional. Completed the job on time and did a great tidying up afterwards !

Great service and amazing work. I had them do insulation in my attic and they were very professional and fast. I highly recommend them for insulation work in your house!

Koala did an amazing job spray foaming my home. Fast response, Quality work and solid pricing. I would recommend their work to anyone looking for insulation.

I acquired a total of four quotes for the insulation of Closed Cell Foam for my home crawl space. Lisa King with Koala Insulation of Northwest Austin submitted the lowest quote and was awarded the job.

It's common knowledge that there are supply shortages for almost anything these days. Closed Cell Insulation falls deeply in the supply shortage category. Delays are discouraging when it gets in the way of completing a long remodeling project.

The General Manager; Brett Wright kept me updated with tentative installation dates and never left me in a wondering state while waiting. When the day came for the installation, the Koala Insulation crew was on time and Brett was there to explain the process.

The installers were courteous and proficient with preparation. They went out of there way to cover and protect everything that didn't need to be in contact of the spray. When they competed the job, they left the area in great shape and there were no trace of them being there.

The results of the Close Cell application was better than expected. My temperature is now 1-2 degrees between my two floors. Prior to the application, the temperature difference was between 9-11 degrees.

I give them 7 Stars *******.
