Kirchner's Pest Control

The experience of hiring Kirchner's Pest Control was a pleasure from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and helpful on the phone when scheduling the service. The technician arrived on time and was incredibly thorough in performing his work. He was informative when discussing our pest control issue, and friendly during the duration of the visit. Top notch service, and will continue to work with Kirchner's for future pest control issues.

Great service and very professional!

Discovered a yellow jacket infestation under the siding of our home. When I called to request service the phone was promptly answered by Londa. She scheduled Mark to come on Monday with a time frame of when he would arrive. Mark showed up on time and evaluated the situation, explained to me what he planned on doing and what would likely occur. I let him know at that time that I had located a second nest in the ground on the other side of the house. He evaluated it and then went to work. He told me it could take up to two weeks to clear both locations and to let them know if there was any further activity. He also explained their guarantee on the service. As of today there is no sign of activity. I highly recommend them and will be contacting them in the future for maintenance services.

Appreciate the Kirchner rep's willingness to take the time to educate the homeowner about not only the current pest issue, but also another ongoing one, even though he knew I have a contract with another pest company for that issue. That's putting the needs of the customer first!

We called earlier in the week and scheduled Kirchner's to exterminate a yellow jacket nest, which they promptly replied and setup a time and cost estimate for. However, on the day of the scheduled service, no exterminator showed up, nor did we receive a call as to why nobody came out. We ended up having to call another exterminator in the area to take care of the issue.

If you need a reliable exterminator service that actually shows up for calls, I would recommend another company in the area.

Hi Garrett. We looked into it and you're absolutely correct, we made a mistake on this one! The least we can do is own up to it. After the holiday weekend our phones were ringing off the hook, and we must have gotten a call while we were in the middle of printing your work order, then forgot to finish printing it. I am terribly sorry for your experience and understand your frustration. I promise you this is the exception and not the norm with our company, and again apologize for the inconvenience. They came out two days after I called even though they are very busy. They were right in time that they told me they would be there. They told me the cost over the phone when I called. Brian was very friendly. This is the original Kirchner's Pest Control, not Kirchner Brothers.
