Our small organization has worked with KinTech for approximately 3 years. I have found them to be highly responsive and extremely "user-friendly" for this group of pretty IT-illiterate employees. They are tenacious in discovering the source of problems and are great with follow-up - they check in to make sure whatever they have fixed STAYS fixed. I highly recommend this IT service provider.

Kintech has always been quick to respond to my computer needs. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I really feel that they treat me as more than a customer through the way they take an interest in me personally, not just in the computer business I bring them.

We use them for remote company backups. When we had a hiccup, they were fast to determine the possible issue, which ended up being our IP hardware, which got us back up and running the automated backup. They are always happy to help and give information for our company. Great group.

You will only be GLAD you choice Kin Technology for your IT services. I have been using them for 10 years and even though I am a sole proprietor and I am sure not one of their biggest clients, they make me feel like I am. Get rid of the rest .. choose the BEST !

We have been using Kintech for quite a few years now. They are very responsive whenever we have issues and they get them taken care of very quick. Super nice and friendly staff. highly recommend them for any computer related issues you have.
