We had the BEST experience working with Jon. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and probably the most patient person I’ve met. We left the lot with a perfect car, and we’re so lucky and grateful. Shout out to Jared as well, who helped sort out the RMV debacle! :)

I can not stress enough how awesome our experience was at Oliver Subaru. Me and my fiance worked with Jon to find a vehicle and we usually absolutely dread having to go to dealerships but that feeling was immediately washed away by Oliver Subaru. The entire experience felt more like hanging out with friends than doing a business deal. Everyone we engaged with made us feel welcomed and comfortable from beginning to end and on top of that, they found something perfect for us within our budget. Not once did we feel pressured.
Thank you all so damn much!!!
Legitimately looking forward to our next visit. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

P.S. We also appreciate you guys so much for staying late to get everything finished up for us! I promise on our next visit we'll come in earlier lol.

I've been buying Subaru since 1999. Both sales and service have never failed to operate with the highest standards of customer care and professionalism.

Buying a car can be a complicated and stressful experience. I did my research and knew I wanted a Subaru Forester but was unsure of which package. I walked in, hoping for a patient salesperson who would answer all my questions. I worked with Chris Hardina and he was very accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. After I chose a car, he walked me through the whole process. The finance person was also very thorough, explaining everything. The general manager and owner introduced themselves as well. Chris even took me over to the service department so I could meet the people who would maintain my new Subaru. Finally, he sat in my new car with me going over the controls so I would feel comfortable driving home. Throughout the day, I never felt pressured or rushed. From the minute I walked in the door til I drove off in my new Forester, my Subaru purchase with Chris at Oliver Subaru was a great experience.
