Kingwood Fitness

I just love Kingwood Fitness. They offer a variety of classes from cycle, Zumba, yoga to the very unique Weights and Rowers. This is the only gym that I've belonged to, that offers this particular class. The instructors are great and encourage you on your fitness journey. The staff and instructors are all very welcoming. I highly recommend Kingwood Fitness.

Great gym I joined one class 6 months ago, and class members told me about another, and then those members told me about a third. I'm now taking 8 classes a week (!), including things like rowing and cycling that I was intimidated to try at other gyms. I also like that both men and women take the classes, and that they have a great coffee bar that members really use before and after class.

This place is such a community based environment for fitness and friendships. They have a nice variety of group fitness classes including rowing along with something for everyone regardless of fitness level, and an AWESOME coffee bar!! They offer a college student membership over the Christmas break which is something not all the other local gyms provide. During Covid they opened up virtual classes to the community vs only members. Very generous owners with lots of creative ideas for fun stuff year round to participate in. Class act group.

I thought Kingwood fitness would be just another gym where I would feel like an outsider and wondering how fast can I get this workout over. From day one I felt cared about from staff and other members. The ladies in the first class I attended were friendly and supporting to this newbie. It was great to feel like part of the family, especially being new to Texas and the area. I have found new friends and a community.

I been here 4 years it is still the best gym in Kingwood. Wonderful friendly staff, judgement free zone, great classes and very clean facility.

I'm so excited for the Christmas fitness Bingo Challenge at Kingwood Fitness! This place is way more than a gym; it's a community of great people who care about each other. The owners and instructors welcome everyone and make you feel like you belong there from the first day. First time going to a gym and the associate, Jason, was very polite and gladly answered any questions I had. The gym is very clean and well maintained. It is obvious the staff put in a lot of work keeping the facility clean and orderly. There is a large variety of machines available and they all appear to be in excellent condition. Would recommend.
