BCJD Dodge RAM dealership was great. The salesperson was very candid and honest when sharing information about the car I was interested in. In addition he looked for a car with the features I wanted and once he found it, he claimed it and it was delivered with a few days for my approval and then purchase. It was a great experience shopping here even during the pandemic.I will be there in another 3 years for my next Jeep purchase.
If you go here for a vehicle, you absolutely want Cathy and Bryant in your corner!! They were SO patient, very kind, very helpful and not pushy the way you expect a salesperson to be. They were able to work with what I could afford AND gave me some sweet hookups. They really looked out for me like family and I'm beyond satisfied with my experience and my purchase! don't trust these people with your car i went to have my car serviced got it back with windshield wiper fluid saying low even thou on my invoice it says replenished. so i said how do i know any other work was done to it he says i can ensure that it was how ?? you do a multi point check and missed captain obvious but i didn't trust went somewhere else in which he told me oil was very low although clean anti freeze low as well with the windsheil whipper fluid he thinks they seen i didn't need a oil change and pushed it threw and had the nerve to offer me a free oil change through out it all for what? so it wont get done again a waste of 217$ smh never again!!
I am disappointed in this dealerships service department. I had a check engine light which was blinking and accompanied by white smoke come on in the car . I had to wait two and a half weeks for an appointment. When I brought the car in for the appointment the scanner the employee put on the car read a misfire. When I was called back to discuss the problem. The service advisor told me they cannot recreate the problem and to take the car back with no action although finding a "slight" misfire in another cylinder . In my opinion an engine operates as designed or it doesn't . I don't want a car that's kinda working. They said they would have to open the engine and may not find the problem so they didn't want to waste time.I asked them to open the engine and go down the checklist of what could cause that problem. That was a no go. I'm under warranty but was told to pay for a maintenance tune up service out of pocket . I gave up and told them I would pick the car up. When I went to take my car. I signed off and waited 25 minutes in the lobby before going back to ask if my car is on the way . I was pushed around to four people one walked right through the door as I was talking to them. One guy tried to help me but then said he has nobody to get my car out of kings plaza. He gave me my keys and I had to walk all the way to KP's parking lot to get my car. After finding the car I couldn't get out because I didn't have a ticket. I had to contact security who said it wasn't their problem and I had to pay 10$ to get out. It's not a lot of money but it adds insult to injury so to speak. I am completely displeased with service here. Unfortunately I may have to go back when the engine light comes back on SMH. I would not recommend
In this Pandemic where buying a car is now so frustrating, Rick eased my mind and made the process seamless and simple. I went in to discuss my options and left with a new car! I was very happy how easy it happened. 3rd Jeep and I'm happy to be a part of the Mopar family!
Demetry did a great job. My fiancé and I walked in without an appointment, he was able to take us right away. we showed him the car we found online and he was able to bring it to us, let us test drive it, and within a few hours we were able to drive home in it the same day. This was our first time buying a car and he made it a very simple process. Thanks Demetry!
