!!!!!CAUTION!!!!! Horrible company!! They are very high priced and they are very rude! I've never experienced a company as shady as this one. Do yourself a favor, call anybody else.

Over the past six months, we worked with Kingdom to remodel pretty much all of the exterior of our home (siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and roof). Overall, our experience was somewhere between okay and good. The product and quality of installation were all top notch! We are overall very happy with how everything turned out. However, along the way, we definitely ran into some bumps on the road relating to communication and service.

There was clearly a major misunderstanding regarding our siding order. During the sales pitch we repeatedly stated to the sales person that we wanted no white trim except around doors and windows. Yet, during installation they kept installing white on every single border area which led to us having to constantly correct their work throughout the four day process (fairly frustrating). In the end, they ran out of blue and we had to settle with the white trim being along the soffit, even though we would have preferred that be blue as well.

My number one complaint is that every time they did work on our house, we were never offered the opportunity to give a final inspection before they left. Therefore, we had to have their service department return multiple times to correct things that were done either poorly or wrong. I expressed my dissatisfaction to their service manager about this and yet the next person to come work on our house did the exact same thing! I do not understand how they don't realize this practice is costing them money and wasting the customer's time.

So, I am not head over heels about Kingdom, but I also don't feel my experience would keep me from recommending them to others. I think they just have some kinks in their overall system to work on ironing out.

With all of this said, that the roof installation went perfect and the project manager was top notch with communication and service! I would highly recommend them for roof replacement!

Kingdom Roofing provided a complete and professional roofing service. I am very satisfied with the finished product. I would recommend this company for roof installations. The only improvement that needs to be done is better nail pickup.

Kingdom came out and gave us an estimate for a roof and Hardie siding for our business. They took the time to identify potential areas of concern that the other contractors missed to make sure the project was done correctly. Brad was very knowledgeable and you could really tell he knew what he was talking about. This is a first class operation!

Beware of Kingdom Roofing. Before receiving an estimate they required a contract. I read it but did not fully understand it. So I asked to be sure I was not contracting to have the work performed. I was told the contract was not to perform the work, that it allowed them to work with the insurance company. That was a lie.

They later offered me an estimate for over 24K. All four other estimates came in at under 10K. Kingdom said they would price match and cut their estimate in half to over 12K (not matching any lower estimate). They claimed the higher estimate was an honest mistake......Sure!

Since they did not match the estimates I told them I was using someone else. They said I would have to pay 25% to get out of the contract. I sent them my newest estimate for them to match. They would not match it and offered to let me out of the contract for a fee. After arguing they came down to $300 even though they would not match any competitor and needed out of the contract themselves.

Would they have treated me this way if I was not an elder widow who walked with a cane? They

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with Kingdom. Our goal is to provide an excellent experience for all of our customers. It appears we fell short of that goal with you and your project. For future customers reading this review, we would like to provide more context to the events that transpired with this project. We never require a contract to be signed prior to an estimate. For this particular customer, the homeowner wanted to pursue an insurance claim to pay for her new roof. The Project Advisor she worked with explained that on insurance files, we work off of the insurance carrier's estimate to complete the work. The contract mentioned was because the homeowner requested that we attend her adjuster meeting with the insurance company and that we supplement the file to help her minimize her out of pocket expense. We explained to the customer that we are happy to provide that service, but that to do so, we would need a contract agreeing that if the claim was approved, she was contracting us do the work. We also let the homeowner know that based on the coverage she had on her policy, that her carrier would not pay out any of the depreciation on the roof. The homeowner agreed that any dollar amount from the carrier to offset her cost was better than paying for the whole project out of pocket. The roof replacement was approved by insurance and we were able to get several hundred dollars added in supplements to help offset costs of new decking that was desperately needed on the roof. During the time we were negotiating with the insurance carrier, the homeowner began seeking out multiple estimates for the project and then demanded that we price match a cheaper bid that she found. We reviewed the estimate and pointed out that the scope of work laid out by this "cheaper" estimate did not bring the roof back to manufacturer's specifications or building code. At this point, the homeowner demanded that we either price match or let her out of the contract. We agreed to cancel the contract and let her go with the "cheaper" estimate and only charged the hard costs that we had in this project to the homeowner as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee was less than what we added to the homeowner's file in supplements.

Kingdom has failed to install gutters on our house after two months of waiting. We were told that the installer would arrive last Tuesday. No one showed and we received no call or explanation. This occurred a second time today. We waited all day and no one showed up. We received no call or explanation.
We won't use them in the future nor recommend them. .

Timothy, in reviewing your account it looks like our team has explained that we are experiencing longer than normal delays with gutter installations. We are being impacted by supply shortages across the industry right now. We apologize for the delay and we know it is not ideal. Please know we are doing our part to schedule installations and offer alternatives.

Because this was an insurance claim, we understand that we don't always know how much insurance is going to cover upfront and that balance can be frustrating for homeowners.
