I recently purchased an Acura MDX and Reed was our salesman. Reed was amazing. He wasn’t pushy, he explained the car and features so well - you can tell he does this because he is so passionate about the brand.

My husband and I went to dealerships all over the Birmingham area - and looked at so many different makes and models. Everywhere we went we dealt with pushy salesmen that were just focused on the sale or upsale. Reed took the time to listen to what we were looking for and just guided (not pushed) us through the process. He made us WANT to buy from him bc he is just an all around good guy!

Amazing customer service!! My daughter was looking for a good used dependable car and I located one at Acura. It is a 2008 Acura rdx with 134,000 miles. Jacob Bryd, the sales manager along with Kim, the used car processor went above and beyond to make the transaction a success! The car was in immaculate condition and they treated us with the BEST service possible. Jefferson, our salesman , went over everything with my daughter who was purchasing her very first car in HER name. The service was awesome including Willie Reams who brought the car to our house for a test drive with a full tank of gas and recent detailing on the car! Where do you get this level of service?? I usually trade cars every couple of years, and I have never had this type of A- class service! I will be purchasing an Acura MDX tech for my next car. Jacob Bryd will find exactly what you are looking for and deliver with a smile and a handshake! I’m just amazed at the car my daughter was able to purchase and I encourage anyone looking for a used or new car to visit this dealership!!!
