Some of the best if not the best Service techs in the business. I would not tryst my car with anyone else. The service department is clean and organized they treat your car better than if it was their own. I could go on and on but ill sum it up they are Honest and fair to their customers. The techs are highly qualified what more could you want.Report

I purchased a pre owned Acura MDX a couple of days ago and I must say the salesman at King Acura , Mr Richard Mason was the very best .. He was knowledgeable and very convincing about the performance and reliability of the vehicle but was not pushy which my husband and I appreciated. The service was top notch. This is my first Acura, I hope we enjoy it for many years .. it’s really a cute suv! I would definitely recommend King Acura for top notch service, fair pricing and warranty for your next vehicle .Report

The absolute worse service ever!! The service department was completely incompetent. I took my vehicle in for an A1 with other service lights on after I caught a flat. The A1 was performed and the service lights were reset with no known issues. Mind you, I paid for the diagnostic plus the A1service. I picked the vehicle up and I was told I needed tires, we decide to price shop and I left the dealership. I drove my vehicle less than 1 mile down the road and all the service lights reappeared. I Immediately called my service rep and I was told to bring it back and it was my tires. I picked up my daughter and headed home, on the way home my vehicle stalled out!!! The vehicle jumped into neutral and I was unable to propel forward….stranded in the middle of the road with my daughter!!! I immediately called my service advisor and again I was told it’s my tires. Long story short, we replaced 3 tires( one had already been replaced due to the flat) and all LIGHTS are back on!!! Now, I am being told I need a wheel hub bearing. Don’t trust them, they are incompetent and seeking run up a bill!! When I picked up my vehicle, my service advisor nor the service manager greeted me or even spoke to me about me vehicle. Completely disappointed. I will never purchase another Acura.Report
