Went in for my service recall and they finished the job within an hour and a half. They cleaned my cars exterior and inflated the tires. I am very satisfied.

Kim and Jefferson were the best I've ever dealt with buying a car they made it very easy.

I really feel like a valued customer at King Acura. I will return soon for more service. They are all wonderful there; from the service intake to the cashier. You will love this place!

When I originally rated 4 years ago I loved. Lately the service is not up to par. Im going to try another location in North Alabama to see if there will be some additional attention to the actual problem. The check in and check out associates ARE ALWAYS friendly and helpful which has to be acknowledged.

Last September (2019), my wife and i purchased a new 2020 Acura RDX ( With Advanced and Technology trim.) from King Acura. As of this writing, the RDX has over 24,000 miles on it in barely over a year. I have never owned a new car that has not had issues that required warranty service until our 2020 RDX. This SUV since new has not had any repairs......nothing has gone wrong....amazing reliability!!! Adding to this, Consumer Reports must have tested a first year, early model 2019 RDX when they reported , "The RDX suffers from an initial delay that makes drivers wait for power.". NOT TRUE!!!! There's no waiting....floor the accelerator and traction control has all it can do to keep up.

Update April 2023 66,000 miles and still no issues; NONE! This car is amazing!!!
