What an amazing car buying experience with Richard at King Acura. From the time we arrived until the delivery of our new RDX he was professional, courteous, informed and efficient. We are "serial" car buyers and traders and this was by far the best experience we have had, I can safely say, ever! Jacob was also great with explaining our financing options and what would work best with our needs. If I could give Richard, Jacob and King Acura 10-stars I would do it all day! Almost impossible to get anyone from service on the phone. I've called twice and had to wait on hold 7+ minutes, just to get sent to a voicemail and not receive a call back. It's an hour drive to this service location, I guess I'll drive the additional 45 minutes and go to Newnan.

Lazy or sleezy service manager. His only job is to get you out of there and never return calls or do what he promises. Car came with paint defect from the factory and he refused to fix or show any care.
The rest of the staff is great.

John Stanton was the absolute best! He was honest and went above and beyond. Make sure to ask for him!

I can’t brag on Mr. John Stanton and King Acura enough. My family thought so highly of Mr. John & King Acura we traveled out of state again to purchase a second vehicle from them! Each encounter with him has been nothing short of pleasant. Mr. John went the extra mile with each transaction and made sure we were happy and taken care of.
