This place is super unorganized. They have a lot of employees but no one seems so supervise anything. I believe kassandra was helping me... she's super friendly but wasted a lot of my time. When I came to pick my car up the cashier charged me $600 had me sign some paperwork and asked me to wait. I waited for 45 mins and finally walked up to kassandra to ask her how long it usually takes for a car to arrive. She asked me if I ha did the paperwork to the kiosk outside and I told her I hadn't because I was not instructed tk do so. I'm still outside of the kia dealership... it's been 1:40 mins. No car.

I took my car 2022 kia stinger with 1000 miles on it to the service area due to a light came on and the service lady Ms Romero was very un professional and rude telling me they can accept my car cause it had low fuel and wanted to charge me for a diagnosis text when I bought my car off the show room floor with warranty

Plenty of other options for KIAs in Southern California. Most confusing bait and switch experience I've ever encountered.

Check your paperwork carefully to make sure the numbers match what they tell you. ours didn't.

I wish I had read the reviews here first. A lot of people are complaining that they were cheated and lied to. Sad.

I'll buy my next car elsewhere.

Found a car online. Screen shot sticker price. Scheduled test drive. Did test drive . Went in to buy it. Was given a modified price $5000.00 above sticker. Was told because of a car shortage. Pffft!! Put that on the sticker. Dont false advertise. I drove 45 mins in heavy traffic both ways. A waste of time. False advertising. If you schedule a test drive with this place ask if they honor window sticker price or just price it per how much you look like you can afford. A shame you can't even pay full sticker price without some crook trying to rob you. I think the manufacturers outta start selling them themselves. We pay shipping and destination fees anyway. Why not cut out the middle man?

I called two days ago about a very serious concern and young lady answered and as she questioned me about details regarding my car which seems to be popping up on her side of the system… she kept saying "I think this is it… oh no it's not" very unprofessional about what she's doing. I personally gave her my business number to contact me back and she has never called up and give an update about my concern. I don't mind putting my concern on this website because I am very sure that it will be deleted and they wont give their employees some type of consequences… sadly it has come to the point where I need to write a review. I got my tires rotated here as I always have and never had a problem. Little did they know I had a camera inside for my safety and my children…as I was checking the footage on my phone I saw a young man reached for the middle compartment and reached for an envelope and I went back in my car to check for the similar envelope and never found it again and that is why I called. Please If the department care about their customers. At least reach out! Alot of unprofessional work and lies that goes around this dealership.
