Do not buy from this dealership! I purchased my car from them in 2017 and within weeks my engine light was on. They said it was a turbo malfunction and said they completely replaced it. Fast forward to 2023, my car stops driving on the highway. I have it towed to the service department. They tell me my engine is under warranty and I need a full engine replaced. My car was there for six weeks, I had to fight the whole time for a rental car, I picked up the car and was told the engine was repaired. 10 months later same exact thing happens. Had the car towed there again, I then was informed the engine wasn’t actually repaired because warranty didn’t want to pay for it BUT NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT JUST A BANDAID NOT AN ACTUAL REPAIR WAS DONE. When my vehicle was there for the second engine repair I was told a brand new engine assembly was done. I had to fight to get placed in a rental again. Within 24 hours of getting the car back I broke down on the interstate again and was almost hit with my child in the car.

No repair is transparent. The work wouldn’t even stand up for 24 hours. Management will avoid speaking to you to address the problem. Be aware that you will have to be vigilant and very direct to get anywhere with your service repairs, and even then it won’t be actually repaired. Every repair results in another repair.

Always a pleasure doing business with them. Wonderful people who work there and amazing service.

So I was looking for a vehicle and was pleased with options Kia of Cleveland had. Brayer was my salesman he was so fantastic going out of his way to accommodate my needs. Fantastic on customer service. Match D in the financial department helped find me with the perfect lender. I greatly appreciate the wonderful works of these 2 gentlemen. I will refer others to come to Kia of Cleveland they were certainly diffrent then other car dealerships I had previously visited. Great Job!! ????????

We had such a wonderful experience at Kia of Cleveland. They had snacks, clean bathrooms, and TVs so we wouldn’t miss the games lol! The entire staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming, but Tucker Garrett was awesome! He took care of us from start to finish and we will be forever grateful. He made the whole experience go so quickly and smoothly. Even days after our purchase he has still been so helpful and answers any questions we have. He really did go above and beyond! So I was basically blown off by these people which I kept saying I want to test drive the vehicles I requested on line which they insist ????that the credit be ruined ???? and didn't give me a chance too test drive any vehicle which that is bad for business I'm a mom i don't intend on stealing your cars especially pre owned cars don't go here i was treated like trash!
