Came to the the dealership and spoke with Dustin and he helped out a ton in order to get in me in a car. Highly recommend Dustin for your car needs.

This is the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. Dustin went out of his way to make the deal work for us to get my husband in a car. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Long time Ford Guy, still am, however bought my daughter a 24 telluride and she loves it.

The guys in service department have been TOP NOTCH GREAT with regular service intervals and had an under warranty repair and they did it first class .

There were some hiccups. And they reacted and fixed it fast.

They sold a car and gave the part away that I called ahead for the same day. I have a car leaking oil, and they'd rather get a car off the lot and not hold the part for me. Sorry, but I'm out of luck with no vehicle. 1 star it is. I drove 40 minutes on a motorcycle at 35 degrees to get the part.

Purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage last night and couldn't be happier with our experience! Kwon was extremely helpful and made the process super easy and quick! Overall great experience and highly recommend!

2nd terrible interaction with Kia of Cleveland. In process of trying to buy a car, actually test driving car, they sold it. That’s ok. Went down the road to Mtn View Nissan and bought a newer car that was a great deal. Kia lost a sale today due to poor customer service.

My wife recently went in and was treated poorly by the service department. When she asked the tech what she was charged, he didn't even answer, handed her the bill, and walked off. When she went up to ask the clerk, she essentially said "Sucks to be you and we're not going to do anything about it." I have purchased Kia vehicles in the past at the Chattanooga location and it went reasonably well but Cleveland's staff treating my wife poorly when she doesn't agree with what she was charged (and she is a very quiet and will mannered woman) has caused them to lose our business permanently. We will never have any services done by Kia in Cleveland again.

Would not recommend this dealership to the dirt on my shoe. I never made it in the building before I was turned away. I had barely left my car before a rep came and spoke to me. He stated they didn't want my trade in (2016 Chevy cruze) and I didn't have good enough credit to even try to trade in. Cant sell a car if you don't give someone a chance.

This is probably gonna be longer than it needs to be but these guys deserve it.

Friday night I was looking at there site for possible options and when I tell you mine were LIMITED I mean it, by Saturday morning one of the representatives Kenneth and had called me and we started discussing options. He was absolutely amazing and I decided to go there within the next hour. Tucker was the sales representative I worked with he greeted me as soon as I exited my car and was pleasant throughout my whole experience even though it was quite messy due to my situation and no fault of their own. I was heavily upside down on a jeep that I had to do something with due to a divorce and due to moving and unexpected expenses my credit wasn't exactly sparkling. Between him and Johnny they made sure I left with a down payment and monthly payment I was comfortable with, an interest rate lower than I had expected and a brand new car (i honestly thought I would be leaving with a pre-owned due to the circumstances). This was the 3rd car lot I've spoken to and they were the best option I wish I would've went here first.

Long story short if you need or just want a car i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys!
