After many fails at other dealerships I was hesitant to deal with another. I walked in and was blown away at the helpfulness and kindness here. Peter was great and answered all of my questions and didn't make me fell rushed at all! Needless to say I walked out with everything I wanted in a transaction AND more! Absolutely blown away by the service, friendliness and expertise I received from Josh! I was 250 miles from home, hours prior to a wedding, with a broken car & looking like a hot mess. I came into the shop on a whim in hopes that they had what I had been looking for and they did! Josh went WAY above and beyond. He was able to complete the buying process in a matter of hours from start to finish including the car being delivered to the resort the wedding was at! At no point did I feel pressured, unsure or nervous. On top of that, he then drove from the Cape to me in the White Mountains to help me register it!Report
In a day and age where customer service is hard to find, Josh was a breathe of fresh air. His location is VERY lucky to have him!
