I don’t mind when everything is fast, but when the value is not there, it’s just a waste of time. Usually, i am very careful to give someone a negative comment, but here i can’t help myself.

UPDATE: went there again and it was a completely different experience.

I have received several sessions of laser hair removal from Khrom dermatology and I am very pleased with the results! I have darker skin and black hair and I have noticed a significant reduction in hair growth and thickness. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Khrom dermatology!

They work very badly. There is no culture of communication. They do not know how to behave. The girls who work there are very, very rude.

Dr. Khrom is simply amazing! Genuinely cares about you and the procedure you are getting done! Would highly recommend them for anything you need!

I had a large cyst removed from my chest today 5/28/21 by Dr natallia. She is in one word ( Incredible).!! She is very personable, very very friendly and extremely talented..Put me at such easy i had absolutely 0 pain. I definitely recommend her ???? she's a gem ????.

Never had a chance to meet Dr Khrom herself, instead I was seen by someone who just walked in and less then 5 minutes walked out. I able to express my concerns, creams, meds I was already using, I literally served everything on the platter and the answer was silence. Dr never even touched or looked closely to the areas of concern, dissaappointing considering their good reputation and referral given to me to come here.

I was visiting NYC and unfortunately had an emergency and was very fortunate to be seen at Khrom Dermatology.
Dr. Fiadorchanka is not only was able to squeeze me in her busy schedule but also gave me all i needed to travel back home safely.
I have never met such professional and would like to visit again to ask other questions.
