Excellent and timely service. Helpful and friendly staff and doctor Natalia Fiadiorchanka was phenomenal. She was very informative and receptive to my concerns and gave great feedback as to how to help prevent future skin issues and helped me with the issue I went to the office for. I’ll definitely be going back again!!
I have been coming to Khrom Dermatology for years and I have never been dissatisfied with the quality of treatment I receive here. First I would like the commend the office for their effort for making the waiting time as minimal as possible. Even when the office is packed with patients, the front desk is always trying their very best to verify how long the wait time will be. Unfortunately, some patients give the girls a hard time, but I have witnessed how patient and sweet the front desk is. I have never seen such professionalism, care and understanding. I have been to other offices and have been dissatisfied with how front desk treats the patients. Here, they have hired angels. The medical assistants are almost like my best friends. I feel welcomed and they make sure I am super comfortable. I also feel like I can talk to them about anything and everything. Doctor Natalia Fiadorchanka, thank you so much for everything. I came to this office with painful cysts and she had treated them very gently and quickly. I have also been here for acne and the Doctors regimen has saved my skin. I have never felt this confident with the quality of my skin. Thank you so so so so much Khrom Dermatology, I love you guys
The professionalism of the workers, accuracy of diagnosis and treatment, I can definitely say that I will be back if I have any other skin issues :) Thank you Khrom Dermatology team, you guys are the best !!!

Doctor was very unprofessional I wait for my appointment more then 20 days and the day I visit doctor didn’t listen me…

This review is for the dermatology dept. dr Tatiana has left this office. Some other dermatologist took over and the service is not the same as before. Try avoiding this clinic if you have serious health concerns. They have young girl wearing scrubs (who are actually running the whole practice) acting like they know everything but they are there to gain experience.
