To be honest one of the worst rehab places you can go so many drugs throughout the treatment center most of the staff takes pleasure in telling you no or taking things from you that will make it harder for your already struggling stay and even when staff has witnessed harassment or discrimination they do very little to help for example “change your room even though you will still be in the same building and living with these people when they all get to go home… food wasn’t bad but you will also have to pay for absolutely everything for example (phone card) also the sexual harassment is crazy and keystone looks nothing like its website or online and in the staffs eyes no matter what you ask for help with they will always look at you as an alcoholic/addict manipulator who’s just trying to get there way and even if you are broken down and can’t deal with the treatment at keystone anymore they are more worried about “so who’s paying for all this then” and the councilors will also make it known that “we’ll just because I don’t agree with your lifestyle doesn’t mean I want you to be unsafe” which is not what you want to hear from your so called emotional support if things go missing from your stuff they will simply just tell you that you have misplaced or lost it on your own but if you are ok with Drugs, Sexual harassment, sexual assault, threats, stealing, fighting and drinking during your rehabilitation stay then I suggest keystone and to bring lots of cigarettes because you will be very popular and this is the treatment for you

they will not let you talk to anybody if you miss a call from a patient. im apart of my mothers contact list and whenever i miss a call they get super pissy when you call back. its unfair that us (the people who are concerned for the person in treatment) that we have lives and jobs. its not our fault and we missed a call. most of the workers there are un helpful and rude anytime i call. if you want to be able to check on your loved ones, DONT GO HERE.

Lost my Release of Information paperwork, jail house sized food portions with no meat/protein, same lights off time on the weekends. At least we played softball everyday!!!

Went up to visit a good friend. We traveled 80 miles to visit. The visiting hours come to find out were 1-3:45 on Sunday. We got there at 3:48 and were told visiting time is over. I don't know how they treat patients, but if your company trying to visit someone close to you, this ain't the place to be.

Pretty decent place in my opinion. I went here back in 2017 for alcoholism. I will try and point out a few things good and bad. The majority of the counselors seemed polite. The Techs were pretty cool, the nursing staff was pretty great. The food was awesome! The thing that really seemed to bring one down was a few staff that treat you like a child, and just try and argue and contradict you. When you're going through a lot, and already trying to process a great deal the last thing you need is a arrogant people just trying to be right rather then helping. I hope this helps.
