Ben at the Kerry Toyota service desk in Florence Kentucky is a true 'Tundra Whisperer'! My truck was running rougher than a bull in a china shop, but after Ben and his team's magic touch, it's smoother than a baby's bottom. He even explained everything in a way I could understand. I went here a few weeks ago to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. The people at this location are really, really nice and I like them a whole lot That's reason why I bought my car here because I got another car there 16 years ago. I am very satisfied with my car and the auto shop here to get your car fixed if need be.

Becareful on buying a vehicle at this location..they sold me a 2021 tacoma with close to 30k miles. I asked if it ever been in a reck and a clean carfax. Salesman assured me it was clean and local trade in with a 7 year 100k mile warranty (Toyotacare). I purchased the vehicle and with the Toyota app it has maintained records and ability to remote start the vehicle. I looked at the service history and at around 25k miles the vehicle had frame damage and body,/motor repair.found out it had almost $20k of repair and did not have the Toyotacare warranty. I confronted the sales manager and he did not see the problem because it had all new parts on it.
Just do your homework before buying from these people..

I was told a car was available by ryan in used cars department florenceky. He said he will call/ let me know if it sold because i was to test it Friday 9am. I write the day before to him say o it was sold. Thanks Ryan for telling me it sold and great communication skills if i came in 9am my only off day in a while to find out no car to test drive could turned ugly. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Karen Brito was amazing and really helpful and when things wasn’t going my way she managed to get it done for me and now I’m able to leave with my first brand new car but again she is amazing definitely recommend her.

Thank you Russell for making this purchasing experience so caring and unforgettable. Russell was easy to talk to, professional, and respectful. He was there to help, but wasn’t overeager or pushy in any way to make a sale. He respected my wishes and budget. Becuase of this excellent experimce I highly recommend Russell and the wonderful other memebers at Kerry Toyota if you are looking for a vehicle purchase.
