Great customer service isnt based on when everything goes right. Great customer service is based off of how things are handled when things go wrong. Well let me tell you, Bryce Briggs in the used car department at Kerry Toyota is THE EXAMPLE of great customer service. There was a hickup in our shopping experience at Kerry Toyota (as there could be anywhere) and Bryce made it right. Absolutely thrilled with the levels he went to to assure me that they were the place to buy a car from. Ended up with a great deal on a great car and left feeling wonderful about my purchase. Thanks again Bryce for being a relatable, down to earth person and working to make sure your customer was happy! we are currently in the process of buying a new car from this dealership. only because they will have one in stock the earliest. or we would by closer to home. so far it has not been the greatest of experiences i mean so far we have only talked on the phone or through emails. the issue is my girlfriend most go to the dealership in person to deal with the paperwork among other things. they also do not deliver. so so how my and my GF must figure out a way to have the same day off so i can drive her 2 hrs. and 20 mins to get this car. i also recently bought a new car a new 2021 model first year in production and getting your hands on one was harder to get one than the cross she wants. i finally found one in Akron Ohio, nearly the same distance to us as this dealership in Kentucky. never did i once step foot in that dealership. they FedEx me the paperwork they delivered my car to me, free of charge even. we don't live close enough for the to do the maintenance so the life time drive train warranty is not applicable, even if it wasn't just a gimmick. if you have other options explore those and make this place a last resort. our sales man but the fact that they do not do what other dealership do in this day and age speaks volumes. i hope when we go down to pick up the cross they don't try to push a bunch of extras on us because after driving all the time and then again back home i surely don't want to spend hours down there trying to milk us for everything they can and to no avail. shop around there are dealerships that will treat you better.Report

He is by far one of the best salesman my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Dustin Robinson in the finance department is also great at getting you financed for your new car. I bought a new truck from Kerry Toyota and paid in full including taxes, title and fees at that time. Kerry Toyota failed to pay state sales tax in a timely manner even though they assured me they would pay it. I am being billed a penalty by the state for their carelessness.Report

Bought a used truck from Kerry Toyota and the come to find out the service department don't correctly reseal the transmission pan so it's been at a shop to get fixed for two weeks, I only had the truck two weeks before having to get it fixed so half the time I've owned it it's been at a shop. Went to the used car department to ask for help got nothing from them, no advice or even a rental while my truck is getting fixed because of there mess up. People had attitudes and terrible customer service I'll never buy from them again.ReportRe: Bought a used truck from ...
