Kenosha Toyota

It was great experience for the purchase of the Venza. I had gone to 3 dealerships prior to running into this newly opened Toyota dealership! Even during this car shortage time, Kenosha Toyota has cars that are already being built and I got to claim mine. It arrived in a month!
Bill Wilson was a great sale specialist. He was helpful and very pleasant to work with, not pushy at all! Will buy my next car with him again!

We got the Highlander XSE sports car from here and we got the MSRP rates even during this chip shortage which was a really great deal !!! Our dealer was Warren and he really helped us with the car and gave us all the information we needed and also went the extra mile for us thank you !!

I had a horrible experience with Kenosha Toyota, especially with Steven Brandon (General Sales Manager). I was in communication with one of his employee, Dianna Hilbelink on purchasing a 2022 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium. I communicated with Diana first and later with Steven Brandon. Steve was given my information and the vehicle I was interested to purchase, which Diana sent me.

I informed Steve that I am interested in the vehicle that Diana sent me and provided him the VIN to be exact so there will be no confusion. Steve responded "I was just looking through our inventory and the 4Runner you are interested in has a much lower MSRP that what you were given" Steve proceeded and confirmed that it is possible Diana may have been looking at the incorrect car. Steve's information was vague so I requested him to send me more information on the vehicle.

Steve did a "bait and switch" tactic and thought I wouldn't know. He wanted me to believe he has the exact same vehicle but at a lower MSRP. Steve sent me the exact vehicle information and VIN Diana sent me, and removed the packages on the vehicle.

Steve's tactic backfired on him and he knew he had to save himself by making excuses after excuses. Steve's response was in his 20 years of being in car selling business he has never been so desperate to sell a car that he has intentionally misled a customer. But he lied and he just lied again. I genuinely forgave Steve and told him what's done is done and we need to move past it so we can focus on buying/selling. Steve just kept coming up with excuses because he knew he was wrong and had the audacity to keep lying.

Save your time if you don't want Kenosha Toyota to lie to you. Steve was the biggest liar and not the best liar either. I gave Kenosha Toyota the benefit of the doubt because of some bad reviews. But the reviews are true. You just need to pay attention to some bad reviews.

Bill Wilson made my car buying experience awesome and very easy . I didn't plan on actually getting a car from The Toyota lot but Bill walked out and started talking to me and showing me cars and actually engaging in conversation. It was a pleasure working with Bill, I will be coming to him for all my car buying needs

This is how a dealership should be great staff phenomenal service. I didn't meet a representative that wasn't welcoming and all seemed genuine in the most amazing way! I would urge Toyota owners that are in the area to give them there business to help this new branch flourish in our Kenosha area. Don't miss out with fast knowledgeable service and a great non pushy sales team. Look forward to my next service or purchase and thanking them all again for surprising me with great attitudes. Even had some compliments on some of the very minor mods I made for personal comfort from the mechanics.
