This includes giving an individual the opportunity to express their opinions and create a care plan that best reflects their goals. In addition, we provide support services, educational materials and we empower staff members with the proper tools that benefit residents and their families.

Kenosha Estates Living & Care Center works directly with patients and residents to maximize their recovery goals or address their needs. Our team of physical therapist, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists collaborate with our certified (are all nurses certified?) nursing staff to adjust care plans based on physical limitations.

Whether you are here for short-term physical therapy or long-term care needs such as Alzheimer's or Dementia, we take pride in our ability to communicate and implement personalized care plans. Our staff utilize online and in-house supportive services to provide you with resources to decide on a care plan.
