Easy no-pressure sales experience. I was welcomed and had the opportunities to try out the vehicles I was looking for. I highly recommend working with Garth if you get the chance!Report

Bought a new Crosstrek. Service was good and expedient. Worked with Jake who answered everything and did a good job getting everything ready.Report
the team will do everything to fight you when your car is under warranty. I have went in 5 times about an oil leak and they FINALLY took a look and saw it WAS leaking like I mentioned every visit I had. they did it right before my warranty expired, but I had to advocate for myself and my car over and over to get this far. the communication is horrible when waiting for my car. there was no answer when I called about the status, so i texted the number where updates are supposed to be sent. they texted back “It does look like your paperwork has been sent to your advisor and he should be reaching out to you soon”. no one reached out to me, so I stopped in. I asked what the update was with my car and Patrick said he would check and told me that it’s taken apart right now and won’t be done. Patrick (the younger one at the desk, since I found out there’s also one that’s a tech) was the only positive part of my experience. he was kind and helpful under the circumstances. he called Corbin in rentals to give me a rental. Corbin had attitude and would belittle me through the whole renting experience. he would later call me the next day while I was at work and demand I bring the car back. I was infuriated. he gave me no option and said he was going to take the vehicle from my work. I asked why because he was not telling me. he said he didn’t check my ID to see if I was over 25 for the rental and said I’ll need to take a 2WD Honda accord when I live in the hills. not feasible at all. I told him I can’t do that because I have children I need to haul around and a 2WD vehicle will get me stuck in my own driveway. he kept fighting me saying they will come over to my work and take the Subaru forester I was using, even though he was the one who didn’t do his own job correctly. when my car was finally finished, then they got the rental back. the whole time I would say please and thank you as Corbin kept being rude and demanding. I was also told since my car is under warranty for the oil leak, that I wouldn’t be charged for the rental. guess what? I was charged for the rental. never will I do business with the dealership again. David’s team and Corbin’s team failed me miserably. I will be going to corporate with this too since the dealership here hates listening to their customers.Report
Routine service went as well as could be expected.Report
Just moved up here and took my Subaru to get winterized and David Bolt was the best! He was super helpful and took the time to explain everything. Overall great experience and will definitely be going back.Report
Clear communication and excellent service!Report
We just got our Subaru from Kendall and I was very impressed with their service and their willingness to sit through and explain all of the numbers with us in detail for a very long time until both myself and my husband were satisfied. They were patient, showed us exactly what we were paying for and were very flexible and helpful getting us the payment we wanted for a lease. I am so happy with the car, service, and communication that Jaclyn and Jake were able to provide. I recommend this dealership for anyone moving here and needing a reliable car and understanding people. They truly are doing a wonderful job in this community.Report
